Facilitated Training Curriculum
Bystander intervention training
I created two facilitated PowerPoint training workshops as part of the The Avon Foundation for Women’s See the Signs Project. In addition to creation the PowerPoint training I created an accompanying facilitator's guide and supporting materials. Each training is approximately 1.5 hours in length.
Both workshops address how to safely intervene as a bystander in a workplace setting. One workshop focuses on preventing domestic violence and the other training focused on preventing sexual violence. Neither training requires an expertise on the topic, however employers are encouraged to reach out to local domestic violence and sexual assault agencies to partner with a prevention expert for the training.
Coach training
I created the in-person facilitated curriculum for U.S. Center for SafeSport. This training was designed to be a coach-led training for parents and youth on safety in sport and included presenter scripts, exercises and support materials.
Therapist Guide and Participant Workbook
I helped to edit and design a therapist’s guide for therapists running group therapy sessions and an accompanying workbook for participants
